We as a team

• Work autonomously
  We are a Global Super Team working on a hybrid model - onsite and remote. Everyone own their assigned work and take the freedom to seek help whenever necessary. Nobody is alone!
• Enjoy learning
  Every day is a learning opportunity as we face new challenges in whatever we do. Bringing the challenges down together as a team, one by one, makes learning more joyful and helps us grow.
• Build documentations
  We spend a lot of time in documenting every detail of the processes involved in day-to-day operations. All team members have easy access to the extensive documentation and has equal opportunity to contribute.
• Aim to get better
  We continue to learn from our mistakes! Rather than thriving to be perfect, we aim to get better. Thus making it easy to ask questions with no hesitation. Without questions, we probably have no answers.
• Celebrate life
  Work is a part of life; not life itself. We do value hobbies, talents, interests, family time, vacation, and make life beyond work meaningful.
