SHIPPING
We ship customer orders orders to Canada and the United States only. Retailers who join our re-seller program may have orders shipped to them outside of North America if certain payment methods are used and the retailers use their own shipping account. Please note that orders addressed to freight forwarders without prior approval from us will be cancelled.
Normally we ship orders same or next business day. Our shipping cut-off time is 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm are normally shipped the next business day. As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive a notification email summarizing your order and providing a tracking link for your package.
Shipments within Canada are made using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service or UPS Standard (New!)

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery times, and that refunds on shipping fees are not provided for overdue shipments.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Items may be returned for refund or store credit within 30 days if unopened in their original packaging. There is no restocking/return fee, but the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us to discuss any issues or return needs before returning an item. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
All products we sell are brand new and come in the original packaging (if there is any). We stand behind the quality of our products, and provide a one year warranty on all items. We will provide pre-paid return labels for items that are defective.
